ABOUT US

We’re not just therapists. We are athletes, coaches, and community builders.

We’re ordinary people with a goal to live actively—at every age and stage. We know what it’s like to experience the setback of surgery, rebuild strength after an injury, and learn new habits of movement in order to stay healthy and free from pain.

We don’t just treat our clients, we collaborate with them, involving them in active rehab, helping them understand the science behind strength and mobility, and inspiring them to push the boundaries of what they thought was possible.

Our therapists and exercise specialists combine high-level certifications with the passion and insight that comes from decades of professional practice and personal experience. Our team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, strength & conditioning coaches, a performance dietician, and a clinical exercise physiologist.

Working as a team, we help individuals, athletes, and sports teams recover from injuries, improve fitness, and optimize their athletic ability. We specialise in niche modalities and services like hand therapy, bike fitting, pre- and post-natal exercise, and performance nutrition. Our ability to cross-reference each other’s observations and areas of expertise means that we are able to coordinate approaches to treatment, addressing issues at their root cause and providing holistic, individualised solutions.

Together, we’ve developed a truly collaborative and comprehensive approach that seamlessly transitions from active rehab to injury prevention to mobility optimization to strength & conditioning. We complement this complete recovery arc with massage therapy, dietician services, and performance coaching, working with athletes of all levels to help them realize their full potential. You don’t need to be injured or recovering to benefit from our integrated approach to healthy movement!

The community we’ve built around our clinic sustains our clients through the rehab process, supports them in choosing an active lifestyle, connects them to performance opportunities, and celebrates with them every step of the way.
