Athletes will receive a progressive, age-appropriate group strength and conditioning program with individual modifications, and have the option to receive extra training programs delivered through the Teambuildr app for home and gym use.
Our certified strength coaches closely supervise our small group training sessions and provide individual modifications when needed. Additional home or gym workouts to complement in-person sessions during the program will be available through the Teambuildr app.
This program is offered to all athletes 12 years old or older. Signed Pandas Club athletes are encouraged to register under Pandas Club Performance Training for club-preferred rates.

Once registered, you’ll have unlimited access to all available training sessions each week. Choose the days that work best for you—there’s no need to stick to the same schedule every week. Simply book the sessions that fit your availability.
Drop-in sessions are available for athletes needing a more flexible option or wanting to try a session before committing.
To ensure coach availability, please book sessions at least 12 hours in advance.

Tuesday, Thursday | 5:30-6:30pm (Junior High) | 6:30-7:30pm (High School)
Saturday | 9:30-10:30am (Junior High) | 10:30-11:30am (High School)
Sunday | 9:30-10:30am (all age groups)
