All of our classes are capped at six participants to ensure you learn proper technique and have access to hands-on coaching.

You can expect individualised coaching on proper form with free weights and barbells in a welcoming environment where no prior experience is required. You’ll improve your balance and functional strength, and develop the confidence to navigate daily activities with ease.
