We offer individualised support to help you stay active and fit during pregnancy—and return to exercise and sport after childbirth. Our specialised pre- and postnatal coaching and programming is appropriate for any performance level, from beginner to elite.

Work with Amy, a mom of two, clinical exercise physiologist, certified strength and conditioning coach, and former competitive Olympic weightlifter. Amy is at the forefront of pre- and postnatal exercise science research as a graduate student with the Program for Pregnancy and Postpartum Health at the University of Alberta. She uses the most up-to-date information to give you the individualised support you need to navigate exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

  • Tailored, evidence-based guidance to train safely during and after pregnancy
  • Exercise modifications and progressions individualised to your pregnancy and postpartum fitness journey
  • In-person (babies are welcome!) sessions for Edmonton clients
  • Virtual support to clients outside of the Edmonton area
