Our passion for fostering strength, community, and expertise has caused Moolyk Weightlifting to flourish over 10 remarkable years in Edmonton. Recognising the singularity of each lifter’s path, our experienced coaches tailor sessions to meet your unique goals and aspirations.

Club Training

Lift in a motivating environment with on-site coaching. Club memberships include individualised programming, access to all supervised club training sessions, weekly feedback/check-ins, and competition support. Our drop-in option offers access to supervised club training only. Custom coaching sessions are available as an add-on for beginners or anyone needing more personalised attention.

  • Open to recreational and high-performance weightlifters and individuals looking to train regularly with weightlifting movements for sports or fitness
  • Focus on snatch and clean & jerk as well as supplementary training for strength, fitness, mobility and recovery
  • Previous experience with Olympic weightlifting movements required

Regular club training hours are held at Connect Physiotherapy & Exercise on Sundays from 10:30am-12:30pm. Capacity is limited, so please reserve your spot online or by phone.

Online Training and Support

Are you looking for top notch instruction and individualised programming, but you want to train at home, can’t meet in person, or don’t live in the Edmonton area? Online training allows us to work with you virtually to provide you with the coaching and plan you need to reach your goals.

Access your periodised weightlifting program wherever you train. Your coach stays closely connected with you for regular check-ins, video review and analysis, and adjustments to your program if needed.
