Elevate your game through a progressive and periodised age-appropriate strength and conditioning program. Our certified strength coaches closely supervise our small group training sessions and provide modifications for individuals as needed. Additional home or gym workouts to complement in-person sessions will be available through the Teambuildr app.
This program is offered to signed Pandas Club athletes 12 years old or older, in partnership with Pandas Volleyball Club. Athletes involved with other clubs and sports can train with us too! Check out our Volleyball Performance Training program for more details.

How it works.
Register by phone or online.
Call 587-416-3332, email info@connectpt.ca or book your first session through Jane App.
Once registered, you’ll have unlimited access to all available training sessions each week. Choose the days that work best for you—there’s no need to stick to the same schedule every week. Simply book the sessions that fit your availability.
Drop-in sessions are available for athletes needing a more flexible option or wanting to try a session before committing.
To ensure coach availability, please book sessions at least 12 hours in advance.
Pandas Club Performance Training is now YEAR-ROUND! Stay consistent with uninterrupted, year-round training.
Session Available:
Tuesday, Thursday | 5:30-6:30pm (12U-14U) | 6:30-7:30pm (15U-18U)
Saturday | 9:30-10:30am (12U-14U) | 10:30-11:30am (15U-18U)
Sunday | 9:30-10:30am (all age groups)
